This week, at Culinary we celebrated the culmination of a decisive stage in the professional lives of 11 students, who officially received their degrees as Bachelor of Culinary Arts, ready to enter the gastronomic world with a solid, practical, and high-level education.

The graduation event represented not only the end of three years of intensive preparation but also the beginning of new stories within professional kitchens, the restaurant industry, culinary entrepreneurship, and the hospitality sector.

Each of the graduates completed a trimester-based curriculum characterized by its 70% practical and 30% theoreticalapproach, as well as its balanced training in savory cooking and pastry arts.

During their time at Culinary, the new graduates were trained in fundamental areas such as Mexican Cuisine, Cuisines of the Americas, Old World Cuisine, Baking, Pastry Arts, Chocolate Arts, Oenology, Management, Accounting, among others, in addition to completing three professional internship periodsat national and international establishments.

As a university, we highlight the commitment, discipline, and professional growth of this class, which successfully adapted to the demands of the real-world kitchen environment by working within an immersive education system featuring 100% workshop-based modules.

With this new generation of graduates, we reaffirm our commitment to training competitive professionals with a global vision, solid technical skills, and entrepreneurial expertise, capable of thriving in restaurants, hotels, their own ventures, and top-tier culinary settings.

We congratulate our 11 graduates on this achievement and wish them success in the professional journey they begin today, reminding them that cooking is not just a trade, but a way of life built on discipline, passion, and perseverance.
